The production of cooked tea produced by Bohai Tea Factory began in the middle of the 1970s. The raw materials used are very wide. In addition to the local area of Menghai County, raw materials such as Linyi are also used.
The main products of the cooked tea in Bohai Tea Factory are various varieties of cooked loose tea, 100 grams and 250 grams of tea, brick tea and tea cakes. Among them, there are mainly the following types of cake tea:
7572 cooked cake puer tea
Bohai Tea Factory 7572 cooked tea is a product that can be determined from the mid-1970s. This tea product is popular and has been produced continuously for a long time. It is a large-scale cooked cake of Bohai Factory. The tea material used in 7572 is 3 to 8 grade tea cyanine, and the 5 to 6 grade green leaves are mainly used, the fermentation degree is high, and the soup water is sweet and sweet.
However, the history of 7572 is not all piled up with cooked tea. In 1981, the Provincial Tea Department accepted orders from Hong Kong Li'an Tea, and produced a batch of 7572 raw tea.
8592 and "Zitian cooked cake"
The Qizi tea factory of the Bohai tea factory, nicknamed 8592, is made up of 3-6 grade raw materials for the face tea, and the coarse old leaves are the tea, and the fermentation degree is low. It is known that it has been in production since 1985 and has continued to be produced over the years.
Because the outer wrapping paper has a red "day" word seal, it is called "red sky".
The "Zitian" circulating in the market is mostly a replica of the merchant's private seal at the same time or later. Because "Zitian" has a great reputation in the industry, the imitations in the workshop are stamped with the seal of 8592 in the same period.
In the late 1990s, Bohai Tea Factory developed a series of new tea products. Known nicknames are: 7042, 7062, 7502, 7512, 7592, 7692, and so on. However, most of these new products have not been put into mass production, and only 7262 has become a new conventional product and has been widely promoted. In addition, 7592 as a private custom tea, has also produced several batches.
7262, it is known that the starting year of production should be in 2000. This tea has a low degree of fermentability. It uses a fine tea that is close to the court level. The tea is made from 3 to 6 grades of green tea, and the appearance is very beautiful. The soup is soft and thick. This tea is "the quality of people's lives has improved, developed for high-end consumption." In the cooked tea series of Bohai Factory, this tea is known as the top cooked cake of Bohai Factory because of its tender selection, beautiful appearance, thick and smooth taste. Since the numbering method of the 7262 is different from other standard products of Bohai Factory (the second digit of other products is 5), it is often mixed by consumers.
7562. The tea of the nickname 7562 is a conventional cooked tea brick from the Bohai Tea Factory. Mixing with grades 3-6, the degree of fermentation is low. Early products used splendid buds to spread the surface, but later products did not have this process. This tea has a long history of production and has been produced over the years.
7452 cooked cake should be the same as 7572, which is the cooked tea produced by Bohai Tea Factory in the mid-1970s. In the history of the Bohai Plant, the 7452 had only some production in the early days and gradually withdrew from the market. The life of 7452 still has a mystery. Some experts believe that the difference between the 7452 and 7572 teas may be due to the difference in the level of tea blending, and the blending level of the 7452 is relatively delicate. Another way of saying this is that the 7452 of the old tea people in Bohai Factory recalled that the 7452 was a 7572 in a single carton. Whether it is wrong or not, we must wait for further proof of historical documents.
The raw tea produced by Bohai Tea Factory is mainly from the territory of Menghai County, Banna. In the Chashan, Brown, Nanxun, Banzhang and other tea mountains under the jurisdiction of this region, there are a large number of coarse-grained wild teas that were planted in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. In the early Bohai Sea Green Cake, most of the tea was used as a raw material for tea. After the mid-1980s, these old tea gardens were quickly replaced by improved shrubs and new tree tea gardens, and three base tea gardens were built in Bada, Brown and Nanzhao Mountain.
In order to ensure the relative stability of the bulk product system, the raw tea products of Bohai Tea Factory are all made by blending. In addition to using different production areas and different grades of tea phthalate raw materials for assembly, an important part that is difficult for outsiders to know is that each tea product is blended with 3-5 years old Maocha raw materials, that is, a cake tea. There are even earlier ingredients. The raw tea of Bohai Tea Factory has several types of large and small bricks, tea and cake tea. Among them, there are mainly the following types of cake tea:
7542 and "73 Green Cake"
The seven-cake of the nickname 7542 is the largest product in the Qinghai tea factory. The blending method is as follows: face tea with grade 3 and 4 young bud leaves, and tea with 5th and 6th grade leaves (in the later stage, there are cases where 7 and 8 old leaves are mixed).
This tea should have been produced since the early 1980s. In the literature of the import and export company, the Bohai Tea Factory during the Cultural Revolution did not have the product numbered 7542. It has long been said that the teas nicknamed 75X2 have been produced since 1975, but this is not the case. The tea produced in the 1970s by Bohai Tea Factory is only known as 7572 and 7452 cooked tea. Whether there was a cake produced during the Cultural Revolution was still inconclusive. However, the raw cakes such as 7532, 7542, and 7582 circulating in the market should be products from the 1980s onwards.
The seven old green cakes circulating in the market have the largest number of 7542. This tea has a long production life and a large quality gap between batches. Therefore, it is necessary to have considerable experience in identifying the quality and age of a certain piece of tea. The printing of the outer wrapping paper is usually used to judge the year. However, the paper can only be used as a reference, because there are teas on the market that replace the paper, and there are also early products that are printed in the early stage. In the generation of tea products, the in-flight of cake tea has a reference value; ink, paper, cake mold, tea material blending techniques, etc., is also an important basis for identification.
The 7542, commonly known as the "73 Green Cake", was named in December 1998 by Mr. Huang Xuan Xuan. The outsourcing paper of this batch of tea is in the mouth, the tea characters are hand-stamped, and there are two kinds of fine characters and fine art fonts, and the brush is 7542-503 or -506. Earlier, people thought that "73 Green Cake" was produced in 1973. It can be said with certainty that the number of 50X on the “73 Green Cake” horizontal ticket indicates that it was still in production in 1985.
7532 and "Snow Print Green Cake"
The seven-cake of nickname 7532 is the most delicate tea in the green tea of Bohai Tea Factory, and the output is not a lot. This tea blending method is a mix of 3-6 grade tea crystal raw materials, and the noodles and tea are the same.
The 7532, commonly known as the "Snow Print Green Cake", was named in November 1999 by Mr. Huang Xuan Huang. Refers to a batch of 7532 green cakes in the early 1980s. The appearance of this batch of 7532 is: paper tube loading, outsourcing small mouth oily thick paper, tea word for powder green hand-printing, cinnabar red fine characters flat out, small inner ticket, small cake mold.
The real "snow print" is rarely seen in the market. However, because the name of "Snow Seal" was too famous in the tea industry, many of the 7532s were later named "Snow Seal" to raise their prices. Pay attention to the age when purchasing.
7582 and 8582
Bohai Tea Factory began production of 7582 green cakes after 1980. After 1985, Hong Kong Nantian Trading Co., Ltd. began to customize Qizi Cake Tea to Bohai Tea Factory. Since then, the nickname of the tea has been changed to 8582. The nickname of 8582 has been in use since 1985 until the early 1990s. Some products have been restored to use the name of 7582.
The blending method of 8582 is: 3#, 4 grade young bud leaves for face tea, and 7th and 8th grade leaves for tea, (the case is also mixed with 5th and 6th grade green leaves in the later stage). The early 8582 had a larger pie model with a diameter of about 21 cm.
Most of the 8582 green cakes were packaged in thin paper. In the early days, there were three batches of 8582 thick cotton paper packaging. The ages were known to be between 1987 and 1992. These three batches of products vary greatly in the cake mold.
7572 raw tea
7572, has long been the nickname of cooked tea in Bohai tea factory. But for special reasons, there have been a batch of 7572 raw teas in history.
This batch of 7572 raw tea was produced in 1981. It was produced by the Yunnan Tea Company and accepted by Hong Kong Li'an Tea House. It was handed over to the Hong Kong businessman by the former director of the Yihai Factory, Li Yisheng. This batch of tea is a large-mouth Chinese and foreign wrapping paper, with a fine tipping out. The tea-making raw materials used are stronger than the 7452 in the same period, and the tea in the noodles is very similar. When buying 7572 green cakes, you must pay attention to the quality of storage. Most of the things you see on the market are due to the warehousing and the taste is not good.
Yellow Seal Seven Pies and Others
The early products of Bohai Tea Factory include “Seven Zi Huang Yin” series and “Da Lan Yin” and “Red Ribbon” tea. These teas are already very rare, and most of them have already been collected by collectors and have withdrawn from the market.
The tea of the "Yellow Printing" system is very complicated. According to the difference in appearance, tea people are divided into "Dahuang Printing", "Little Yellow Printing" and "serious formula". The name of “Yellow Printing” is mostly caused by the yellow color of the original Chinese green pigment. Therefore, it is not surprising that tea with the word "tea" is called "yellow seal". The products of the "Yellow Printing" system, because many of them have no nicknames, combined with the degree of conversion of tea products, it is speculated that their age is earlier than the products with nicknames. The outer packaging is printed in a large mouth, and the inner flying fine tip is out.
“Big Blue Seal” is also the green cake of the early Bohai Tea Factory, and its age is close to the Yellow Seal System. Printed in the big mouth, the fine tip is out of the air.
In the green cakes of the early Bohai Tea Factory, a group of teas were named "red belt green cakes" because of the red ribbon on the front of the tea cake. The matching method is similar to that of the early 7532, and the wrapping paper is a large-mouth medium-thin paper. Regarding the year of the "red belt", it is generally considered to be the same as the 73 green cake, but some people think that it is earlier.
